MEET THE FAMILY
Colton & Hailee McSwain are deeply honored to be the owners of OnStage— a store with a legacy that has been serving dancers since 1982.
For Hailee, dance has always been home. She grew up training at Ballet West and developed a lifelong love for ballet and the discipline, artistry, and confidence that dance instills. That passion naturally evolved into a calling to serve dancers — by supporting their dreams.
Colton brings a strong background as a business owner and consultant. His steady leadership and strategic vision help ensure OnStage continues to grow while honoring the traditions that built it. Together, Colton and Hailee are committed to strengthening the foundation of OnStage while creating new opportunities for the dance community.
But their most important titles are Mom and Dad.
They are raising four children — along with a whole lot of animals — on their family farm and ranch. Life is full, busy, and beautifully balanced between the store, team sales, farm chores, school drop-offs, and late-night business planning. They feel incredibly blessed to build a life and a business side by side.
Colton and Hailee met in 6th grade and have been best friends ever since. That friendship is at the heart of everything they do — in marriage, in parenting, and in business.
They LOVE OnStage and are trying to honor its legacy with excellence.
